Alcohol use

Should Alcohol usage be controlled? Drinking too much, especially around loved ones or people who care about you, can cause them to feel upset or uncomfortable because nobody wants a drunk uncle to whisper to you “Come on take a drink” in the middle of the night when everybody is asleep. In that case, alcohol usage should be controlled because of the fact that it can hurt other people or even make them feel some type of way. To control alcohol usage, setting a realistic goal for alcohol use can help a lot. Setting a goal can be really helpful especially if it is hurting loved ones. According to the website americanaditioncenters.org it states “Alcohol abuse and alcoholism within a family is a problem that can destroy a marriage or drive a wedge between members. That means people who drink can blow through the family budget, cause fights, ignore children and otherwise impair the health and happiness of the people they love.” All in all, loved ones might be going through the most because they care so much for someone who just drinks so much.
