Anxiety and friends. What is it like to have anxiety? Well in my case it’s like a lot of things. Wanting to go out places but then remembering that there might be too many people there. Worried about what people are going to think of you because of what you are wearing. Anxiety disorders can also cause rapid heart rate, palpitations, and increased risk of high blood pressure and heart disease. If you already have heart disease, anxiety disorders may raise the risk of coronary events. According to Google, it states, “several parts of the brain are key actors in the production of fear anxiety. Using brain imaging technology and neurochemical techniques, scientists have discovered that the amygdala and the hyppo lumps play significant roles in most anxiety disorders. The feeling or anxiety is part of your body stress response. This means that its a sign for your body to know that you are stressed.
