Kaepernick’s Return?

Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick is scheduled to work out for NFL teams on Saturday in Atlanta, the workout was coordinated by the NFL surprisingly. Kapernick is 32 and has not played in the NFL since the 2016 season and has become a prominent figure of the protest movements that he started among other players like his teammate Eric Reid and Michael Bennett. In February he reached a settlement on a collusion case that said the NFL by any means tried to keep Colin from coming back to the NFL. In the workout, Kaepernick will do on-field drills and an interview will be conducted. This will be a private session for Kaepernick and the teams, it will be closed to the public and the media. Kaepernick tweeted, “I’ve been in shape and ready for this for 3 years, can’t wait to see the head coaches and GMs on Saturday.” He knows this might be his only chance at redemption into the NFL and he’s ready to prove the doubters and GMs wrong.
