Traditions of Thanksgiving

There are many different traditions of Thanksgiving, but the most common ones are getting together with your family and having a feast. Eating traditional foods like turkey, stuffing, gravy, sweet potatoes, cornbread, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, and much more. While eating, some may go around the table and say what they are thankful for. Another tradition that some families might do is help others who aren’t as lucky to have a family or anybody for that matter by serving food or donating to the homeless shelters. After everyone is done eating, some families may like to relax, play board games, or go outside for a fun game. Thanksgiving is about being with your loved ones and being thankful for all that you have.
