For years people have been noticing that their Apple products have been slowing down as they get older. Most people assume Apple does this so a person would be more inclined to buy a new phone. Apple has come forward in recent years admitting to doing so, but they have said they do it for a different reason. Apple claims to slow down old phones to prevent phones from completely shutting down due to aged batteries, saying they are doing it to protect your phone. It has caused lots of talk, and lots of disbelief. Who knows if they’re doing it to protect your phone, or to take your money?
