China Bans Foreign Teaching Objects in Schools

Just recently, China enacted a new law banning any and all books and teachings that talk about any other ideology other than Marxism. China’s Ministry of Education released a statement saying that they “insist on the guiding principles of Marxism and reflect the Chinese Style”. Now all primary and secondary schools must incorporate beliefs held by China’s communist party. China’s main focus is to reinforce their population’s beliefs and ideals regarding Marxism and to promote it within its youngest demographics. This new step in China’s government is thought to be put in place in order to support its new code of ethics made for journalists that require them to write and report according to the authority of the Communist Party.
