Jumanji: The Next Level
Jake Kasdan is back with his new movie, Jumanji: The Next Level. This movie is a direct sequel to Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, and has the same cast as the previous movie with Kevin Hart, Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Nick Jonas, Karen Gillan, and Bobby Cannavale. This movie is the fourth installment of the Jumanji series.
The basic story of this movie is that takes place three years after Welcome to the Jungle, in which the same group of teenagers, along with a new addition to the team, become trapped in Jumanji, where they find themselves facing new problems and obstacles with both old and new avatars while having to save the Jumanji from a new villain in order to survive and escape.
The first teaser for the sequel to Jumanji: Welcome to The Jungle came from Jack Black’s Youtube channel. Discussion about the second movie was already happening with Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart. The official filming began January 21, 2019.
