At least 10 cities are limiting journeys in and out of China as officials say 26 people died so far. Nationally, there are 830 confirmed cases of patients that are infected with the virus. A small number of confirmed cases have also been found outside China, including Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, and Vietnam. The growing list of restrictions comes on the eve of Lunar New Year which is one of the most important dates in the Chinese calendar when millions of people travel home.
