Even before the State of the Union address, the tension was high between the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi and Donald Trump, the President of the United States. This was shown at the beginning when Trump didn’t even acknowledge the Speaker and then at the end when the Speaker stood up and ripped the president’s speech, she states that it was a manifesto of mistruth. Such a fine example of our government officials to engage in.
