You don’t need a significant other to pamper you on this one superficial day of the year. Feel free to go buy yourself some discount candy after Valentine’s Day, watch a sappy movie, and enjoy the company of yourself. You can be happy and single because you are independent and do not need someone else to make you feel special. You are wonderful just how you are, and you will survive this sappy holiday. Feeling lonely is completely natural, but don’t let it hold you back and do not let it ruin your Friday. Think about the three day weekend that awaits! You can sleep in for an extra day!
