Here is my review of the show, Prodigal Son. Honestly, I give it a solid 10/10. It’s such an amazing show. Without giving away too much about the show, Prodigal Son is a crime show with a lot of psychological aspects. Malcolm Bright, the son of one of the most notorious serial killers in NYC, fired from the fbi has been asked by his father figure, Gil Arroyo, to consult with the NYPD on various cases. Some cases are random crimes while others start to unravel dark secrets that may be connected to his childhood and the secrets he’s suppressed. His mother and sister are worried about his mental health now that he’s in the center of crime, realizing he now has to face the fears he’s kept locked away. If you like shows like Criminal Minds, Hannibal, and/or NCIS, then you’ll love Prodigal Son. The casting is amazing and the show sucks you in farther with each episode. There are currently 15 episodes out (out of 22 episodes this season) and they are taking a break until March 16. So, go stream it on either FOX or Hulu if you want!
