As February ends and we approach the month of March, it’s important to be aware of the significance the new month holds. March is Women’s History Month with March 8th being International Women’s Day! This month is put in place to celebrate the women throughout history that have helped pioneer the way for change in our society.  Oftentimes, women don’t get the same recognition for achievements difference, wear purple on March 8th to show that you stand with women and do research to find facts on prominent women that have helped become who we are today. and accomplishments like their male counterparts do. Men dominate both politics and history books and will continue to do so until we as a society make a change in the way we view, value, and respect women. If you would like to participate and use your voice to make it. Image result for how do we celebrate womens month
