Most schools use technology such as computers and iPads as another form of learning in the classroom. It gives students another way to engage with school work and activities. However, parents are beginning to get concerned because they feel their children aren’t being kids. When the kids are allowed free time, they go straight to technology, not even giving the playground outside a glance. I feel that this is something that’s not too serious and could be manageable. Such as when they are allowed the free time they should be encouraged to go outside and play and lock the doors so they can’t sneak inside and go on the technology. This could be an effective solution giving the kids a chance to be kids and learn using technology. Also, when kids are given iPads from their schools the administration should do their best and block all inappropriate sites and apps that are not school-related or friendly.
