The two teens who set the Porterville library on fire have shown up in court for a second time. The hearing was held in the Juvenile Justice Center and they have been charged with murder and other arson crimes. This case is somewhat different from others because only the judge decides what to do to the kids. The jury has no say and if they are convicted they would only be wards of the courts and would be released at age 21, or in some cases 25.
