As the coronavirus is getting around all over the world it has caused events to be postponed until further notice. With one of those things being the “Fast 9” movie, which is pushed back by a year. Universal Studios, the company that has started the “Fast and Furious” franchise, decided to push it back due to the coronavirus moving fast, causing a lot on the global economy and distribution landscape. Theaters have already closed in Italy, South Korea, and China since the virus had hit the hardest in those places. The same thing might happen here in the U.S., with this outbreak continuing. Vin Diesel had also announced it on social media saying, “We feel all the love and the anticipation you have for the next chapter in our saga, That’s why it’s especially tough to let you know that we have to move the release date of the film. It’s become clear that it won’t be possible for all of our fans around the world to see the film this May, While we know there is disappointment in having to wait a little while longer, this move is made with the safety of everyone as our foremost consideration”.
Did you say family?
