First day of September the San Francisco Giants start off the month with a jaw dropping game! The game took place in the Colorado Rockies stadium, Coors Field, in Denver. The final score was 23-5 Giants. The top scorer was Left Fielder Alex Dickerson leading the team with 3 home runs and 5 extra base hits. One of those runs being a 480-foot home run and Dickerson also tied the MLB record for extra base hits in a game. Out of the whole lineup Dickerson was the only one who hit the home run, the rest of the team got base hits and RBI’s. Throughout the game the Giants scored just about every inning, besides the ninth, and ended the game with a total of 27 hits. The game overall was great for San Francisco.
