When quarantine first started it was fun because, well come on now, no more school! As the days went on and we weren’t allowed to leave our houses, it got boring and instead of doing school work I would either be on my phone, taking a nap, or working out. I tried to stay busy but as we got deeper into quarantine I felt myself slowly losing motivation and getting lazier by the minute. I think it was three months into quarantine where I got tired of not having anything to do, so I forced myself to work out or do some sort of exercise. When I found myself just laying in bed I made myself get up and work out. I’m glad I did because if I would’ve kept on doing what I was doing I probably would’ve gone crazy. It slowly started to get better when my parents allowed my best friend Natalie to come over, which was way better than being alone with your siblings all day. Overall, quarantine was dismal but eventually got better when I started being more active and able to hang out with someone other than my family.
