Remember that if you’re stressing about anything, just breathe. This year has been full of changes and struggles but just about everyone is having a hard time. There are always people you can go to if you feel like you need someone to talk to. You could talk to loved ones or even school counselors. You are never alone. Sometimes it can be hard to express your feelings or open up to someone about problems but after talking about it with someone trustworthy it helps. No matter how hard things get you have to realize that life isn’t always going to be easy, especially in a time like this, but we have to push through it and become the best we can be. All we can do is try our best at what we can control.
