Over this past weekend I went to Las Vegas with my tia and her kids until Tuesday. I am not a Raiders fan, I’m a Cowboys fan but the energy there was electric. We got there Saturday night. The first place we went was Allegiant stadium. I was in awe when we got there, the stadium was so nice. Me, being a football player, I enjoyed being there and seeing a stadium that big because it was always a dream to play on a field like that. Then Sunday came and more Raider fans started arriving in Vegas with all kinds of energy.
Finally the day of the game came, Las Vegas Raiders first game inside their new stadium. Unfortunately, no fans were allowed inside the stadium, but that didn’t stop them one bit. Fans all over Las Vegas went into bars, restaurants, and camped outside the stadium listening to the game through a speaker. The game ended and the Raiders beat the Saints 34-24. All the fans go to the outside of the stadium and celebrate yelling “Raiders” and playing music. You could feel the energy throughout the stadium all night in Las Vegas. Raider fans had partied for one of their first of many wins inside of their new stadium.
