With exciting youthful talent on the Heat to veteran players on the Lakers this was really a great series to watch, but if you didn’t here is a recap. The Lakers take game one with a strong 18 point lead to end the game 116 – 98. The Lakers are now one game closer to becoming NBA champions. Game two was closer than game one but the Lakers came out on top again with Lebron James leading in points for the Lakers with 33 points, that’s over ¼ of the whole team’s points. Lakers take game two 124 – 114. The Lakers are pulling away at this point, the Heat needs to step up their game if they want a chance at a championship. The Heat get their game in check as they take game 3, 115 -104 with Jimmy Butler putting the Heat on his back dropping 40 points leading in points, rebounds and assists. The Lakers are now only one game away from a championship after game four winning the game 102 – 96. Game 5 could be the game that the Lakers win another championship? Nope Danny Green, from the Lakers, missed the 3 point shot to ice the game and the Heat managed to push a game 6. Final score of game 5 was 111- 108. The Lakers become NBA Champs, yet again, with a dominant win against the Heat 106 – 93. Lebron James wins MVP and the Lakers win their 17 NBA Title.
