Around 7 pm police were involved and called to Ferguson Avenue for reports of a nearby crash in the neighborhood. As officers arrived they stated that they found two parked vehicles with some sort of damage. As witnesses were involved an off duty Porterville corporal said he saw the vehicle slam into the home around the area after hitting multiple cars. As officers were still involved searching for anything else that might have happened, they discovered a second wreck. They have not said anything on how much damage the two suspects have caused, Troy Cleffman 58, and the other passenger’s name was not released. Troy Cleffman was reportedly hiding behind a fence at the home where the wreck was caused. He was cuffed up by police in which they say he was intoxicated. No injuries have been involved during the wreck. Cleffman will be paying $10,000 in fines and fees, as well to pay off all the wrecks that happened that day. Further information will be provided soon once officers have concluded on the people involved.
