On January 22, a woman described as in her 20s was driving along Interstate-190 in Buffalo, New York. At 7 a.m., the woman struck a guardrail and was ejected from her car, landing on the roof of a Buffalo News building. The woman’s name has not been released. Investigators believe the vehicle made a quick lane change which then spun out and overturned. It is also believed that the woman was sitting on top of her buckled seat belt when the incident occurred. A witness said the vehicle was traveling between 70 and 80 mph when it blew past him. The witness also stated that the vehicle drove across two lanes of traffic and cut in front of a semi. Finally the car struck a cluster of yellow crash barriers filled with waters.
