Target Weight

At the start of the new year, I set a goal for myself to try to gain some weight, be more healthy, and go to the gym. As of January 12th, (starting at one-hundred and twenty pounds) I have started a new meal plan, which consists of two-thousand four-hundred calories and 180g, as well as going to the gym every day in order to achieve my goal of gaining around twenty pounds in muscle. I have set this goal of mine to better myself and to ultimately keep me motivated, especially in these times of COVID. This new diet and lifestyle has pushed me to create the best version of myself, and I plan on possibly continuing this even after I achieve my target weight. It feels great to eat healthy and be consistent, although it may push me to my absolute mental limits. It takes a strong mind to achieve whatever goals one may set for themselves, but take this as a reminder that you too, can follow through with whatever New Years Resolution you had in mind for yourself. It’s going to be very tough, but I know if I keep my mind to it, I can achieve and exceed my goals for myself and take myself one step closer to becoming the best I can be.
