High School is almost ending and you are not sure what you want your major to be. Here are some college majors that a lot of people focus on. You have to consider if you want to go through college or just go straight into work. If there is a major that you really like and want to learn more about it then college is for you but if you are not interested in college then just go straight into work. Here are some college majors that you can consider.
If you are into technology and great with computer stuff then computer science is a great major for you. You’ll learn about all the different types of hardware and software. There are different types of technology in this world that you will be able to learn in this major.
If you’re born a leader, Business is your career. Business is a lot to handle but great responsibility. In this major you will need great people skills. Talents for problem solvers and great decision making. Best of all communication. If you are serious about running your own business one day you’ll learn about financing market, and statistics.
For the people who enjoy reading and writing, English Language and Literature is your major. In the English programs it focuses on literature, language and writing. English majors will focus on the wide array of absorbing works of fiction, poetry and nonfiction. This major will surely sharpen your critical thinking, emotions and creativity.
Last major I thought a lot of people would like to join is Nursing. Nursing can be a lot of work but if you are really passionate about it this can be your future. In this course you will focus on the care for the people. Nurses have the potential to lead the way in improving health and learning more about it.
There are a whole lot of majors out there you just have to figure out if you want to go to college or if you don’t. If you do decide to go then you’ll have to figure out what major you want to do but that is your decision if there is a major you would like to learn about. College isn’t for everyone but you should consider it.
