With Valentine’s Day coming up I wanted to write about something different than I usually write. Valentine’s Day’s main focus is the celebration of love and affection to your significant other or a person you care dearly about. To myself I feel love is more of a feeling that you have for someone when you become deeply committed and connected to them. Although many people in this world can find love in this world I tend to ignore the feeling of love. As when I find it or get the feeling of it I always run away from it, afraid of the feelings that come with it as well as the fear of being hurt. Many people in high school believe that they’ve found love with a person that they begin to date. When falling in love you’re making a commitment to another person; that commitment could drive a person crazy over their significant other. To me finding love is scary, but one day in my life, as I get older, there is one day I hope that I can find it.
