A man in Three Rivers was seen driving down the road with a gun which is when nearby people called the police. After police found and tried stopping the man he sped off causing a chase through the backroads. During the chase the man shot towards the officers and lost control of his vehicle. The man got out of his vehicle and tried to run away when police and the man shot at each other. An officer, as well as the man, got hit. The officer was airlifted out and is going to be okay. The man is in the hospital with an unknown condition.
