Grebb Abbot, the governor of Texas announced that mask mandates and other 
want these restrictions, governor Abbot says, “It is
now time to open Texas 100 percent.” Texas has had
a 18% decrease in cases according to the New York
Times as of March 1st. The question now is whether
or not this is going to work and if any other states will follow?
