Starting on March 18th, park-goers can finally get a touch of Disney back in their lives with Disney’s new theme park event “A Touch of Disney.” Visitors will finally be able to walk around California Adventure for the first time in over a year. Rides, attractions, and shows will not be operating due to the pandemic, however Disney promises to have food from all across both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. This includes Dole Whips, Monte Cristo sandwiches, Churros, Lobster Nachos, and Mickey Mouse pretzels. It will cost $75 to get into the ride-less park, however you will be given a complimentary $25 food gift card to spend at any of the food places in the park, and parking will be free. Parking usually costs about $25, so guests are essentially paying $25 for admission into a park that will have no operating attractions. The event lasts until at least April 5th, however this date could be extended if the demand is high.
