in

my

mind

if i just

it might feel like

the light is not too bright

when i hang up the mirrors myself

upon the walls

in the cavernous depths

of my skull

the noise is not too loud

when i am the conductor

orchestrating the echos

in the cavernous depths

of my skull

and yet it only helps when its just me

and yet it only hurts when its just you

by myself im just bright enough

to unlace my lids

to blink away the burn

soothing

it dims

by myself im just loud enough

to stitch the veins

to sculpt my jaw

soothing

it hums
