The Cincinnati Reds played the first game of a doubleheader against the Cardinals. The Reds couldn’t collect enough runs to outscore the Cardinals. Wade Miley started on the mound for the Reds. He is the Reds best pitcher this year and he sadly gave up 5 runs. The offense died after the 5th. This was a very disappointing game to lose. This month we can’t lose games like this or we’ll be out of a playoff spot by next week. Oh well, on to the next one.
