Ingredients:
- 1 package of Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- 1 can of Betty Crocker vanilla frosting
- cut and halved strawberries
- blueberries
- blackberries
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 container of Marie’s strawberry glaze
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 12-inch round pan.
- Create the sugar cookie dough, following the directions on the back of the sugar cookie package, combining the cookie mix with an egg and the softened butter.
- Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the greased pan evenly with your hands. Cook the cookie dough in the oven for 16-20 minutes or until the cookie dough is golden brown. Once it is done baking, allow the dough to cool completely (at least 30 minutes).
- Cover the cooled cookie dough with a thick layer of frosting until it is completely covered.
- Mix the whole container of strawberry glaze with the strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries in a medium sized bowl.
- Arrange the glazed fruit on top of the frosting. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
