As a high school senior I feel like rallies are a big part of our high school experience. Since freshman year I have been looking forward to the end-of-the-year rally when the student classes switch to the next side. I remember being a freshman waiting till I could switch to the senior side, or being able to watch the varsity cheer video with me in it, or performing our big cheer routines for everyone. The rallies are a big thing for the schools, it’s how we hype up the students, especially for big games with football. Since more than 50 people can’t be in one room together, we should be able to have rallies outside. If the school board really cares about their students they should consider things like this that students actually like.
