Eclair Cake Recipe

Ingredients: 

3.5oz Vanilla Pudding Mix

8oz Frozen Whipped Cream (Thawed)

3 cups Milk

16oz Graham Cracker Squares 

16oz Chocolate Frosting 

Step 1: 

Stir the pudding mix, whipped cream, and milk together in a medium bowl until they are mixed together thoroughly. 

Step 2: 

Arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares in the bottom of a 13×9 inch pan. Evenly spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Top with another layer of crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Put the final layer of graham crackers on top. 

Step 3: 

Spread the rest of the frosting on top over the whole cake, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours.
