Since the holiday season is approaching quickly, why not have a good pumpkin pie recipe to share with your family and friends and enjoy this Thanksgiving! Or Christmas too! This is the perfect pumpkin pie recipe. 

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 55 minutes 

Total: 1 hour and 10 minutes

Servings: About 8 

What you’ll need:

 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin

  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 large eggs large eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

The first thing you should do is preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Then in a bowl, whisk together pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, salt, until smooth. Once done, place into the pie crust and bake for 15 minutes. After, reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue to bake for another 30-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool, garnish as you’d like, and enjoy!
