After the phenomenal success of Disney’s last Star Wars show “The Mandalorian ”, Disney has announced several new series planned that have Star Wars fans excited for all the new content coming out next year in 2022. One of the most notable and exiting of these newly planned shows is “The Book Of Boba Fett”, which takes place directly after the events of the Mandalorian where (Spoiler Alert) Boba Fett kills Bib Fortuna who had taken Jabba the Hutt’s throne after he died. This left viewers on a massive cliffhanger as we see Boba sitting on Jabba’s throne and assuming his position as the king of the underworld on Tatooine. It is stated that the series will mostly be covering the massive power vacuum that was created after the death of Jabba and will have Boba Fett fighting for power against various adversaries both good and bad.
Although the information on the show as of now is very limited, fans have a good idea as to what to expect in the show as Boba Fett’s story outside the movies and the Mandalorian TV series, the reason being that it has been covered extensively in various Star Wars comics and novels in the past. Despite this, there is no way of knowing what the Book of Boba Fett will have to offer and what direction Disney will take it in, but with the initial release date of the series being December 29th, 2021, and episodes airing from then until early February, we’ll soon see what this new Star Wars show will have to offer us and how good it will truly be. Until then fans will have to bide their time and pray that Boba Fett’s story is everything they hoped it would be.
