I have watched many movies but never have stayed up all night watching them. Looking through Netflix I found a movie that interested me. “Before I Fall”. This movie had me up all night wanting to finish it and had me thinking about it. The movie starts off with Samantha Kingston’s waking up on February 12, known as cupids day.  A boy, Kent Mcfuller who is in love with her invites her to his party. During lunch, Sam and her friends Lindsay, Ally, and Elody all make fun of a girl Juliet Sykes viewing her as a “psycho”. At the party, Juliet shows up and Lindsay confronts her, ending up in a fight where Juliet is left embarrassed. The girls soon leave the party where they hit something, crashing and apparently killing them. Sam then wakes up on Cupid’s Day again, she thought the previous day was a nightmare. She soon realized the same events were occurring even the crash. Realizing she’s stuck in a time loop she does all she can to avoid the crash which she does and finds out Juliet Sykes killed herself by jumping in front of the car the four girls were driving. Sam woke up on Cupid’s day again. She realized what she had to do, be kind and considerate of everything. She took time to hang out with her family and friends and even with Kent who is in love with her. When she’s at the party and the fight between Juliet and Lindsay breaks out, Sam chases after Juliet wanting to help her from killing herself. When Juliet runs into traffic, Sam runs after her and pushes her out of the way, being killed by a truck. Sam’s spirit see’s Juliet standing over her body saying “You saved me,” while Sam states “No. You saved me”.
