Chocolate Sponge Cake Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 20g all purpose flour
  • 10g cocoa powder 
  • 2 egg whites 
  • Sweetener of choice (sugar, stevia, etc.) 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 340F. 
  2. Whisk the eggs, then add the sweetener and whisk together.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour and cocoa powder.
  4. Add the 2 bowls together into a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes then let cool.
