The Process of Healing Mentally

These past two months I’ve realized that it’s important to give yourself time to heal from things you may never speak about to anyone. The process of healing is very long but in the end, it’s extremely worth it. I believe you need to heal on your own, no one else can heal yourself except you. I believe that there are many stages of healing. One specific big one to me is crying. I think that it’s very important for people to just let all of it out. Personally, I think it makes me feel a lot better. I think crying is important because it relieves a lot of stress and emotion out, that way it’s not all bottled up inside. During the process of healing, I think it’s important to have alone time by yourself and be independent for a while, and really figure out why you’re so hurt about a situation. Another thing to help the process of healing is being with your loved ones and having them bring out the happiness in you. Another part of the process of healing is realization. I think this plays a big part in the healing process because you do realize a ton of things in the end. Therefore I believe that healing is a long process but it’s extremely worth it in the end when you give yourself enough time to heal.
