Salted Chocolate Caramel and Pretzel Bars

Ingredients:

-12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips

– 8 ounces of mini pretzel twists

-11 ounces of caramel squares

-Sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Melt 8 ounces of the chocolate chips in the microwave for 15 second intervals, stirring in between each interval until smooth
  3. Spread the melted chocolate on the parchment paper and add place the pretzels on top of the chocolate before it sets
  4. Add the caramel squares to a bowl with 2 tablespoons of water and microwave it for about 2 minutes
  5. Stir the caramel and drizzle it over they chocolate and pretzels
  6. Using the last 4 ounces of chocolate chips repeat step 2
  7. Pour the chocolate over the caramel drizzle and sprinkle it with sea salt
  8. Let the dessert set in the refrigerator until hardened
  9. Break into pieces and enjoy!
