You can sleep faster and better when your mind is relaxed. If you do have trouble sleeping, such as if you are tossing and turning before bed, you can get out of your bed. Go somewhere else in your house and do something relaxing to relax the mind to get you tired so when you do go back into your bedroom you can go to sleep faster and more relaxed. CNN says that if you sleep more you will have a better time remembering things and being able to learn new things.
