Final Thoughts on Paper Quilling

I was unfortunately out with Covid for 5 days, and that clearly set me back 5 days. So when I got back to school for the one day I could actually do 3D art and finish the project I did. I pushed out the last finishing touches of my project in almost 2 hours and it honestly looks so good. If I were to tier my art projects this would literally be #1 because I am so proud of it. The color contrast is actually really nice in terms of color theory because orange and blue are complementary colors. But I have to give thanks to my lovely teacher Ms. Alonzo who helped me decide how to do the fish because if it wasn’t for her it wouldn’t have been what it is. My favorite part of this project was doing the water, the intricacy just was just so fun. It was really messy because gluing it down was the messy part. Overall this project was great. I wish we did more of it. There is so much you can do with paper quilling and everyone should try it.
