Plants are pretty common. They are mostly outside with things like trees, grass, and bushes covering many, if not most, surfaces. Plants can also be commonly seen inside buildings. The most common indoor plants you will find are in that of one’s home, which explains why we’d name these plants “house plants.” House plants are house plants because they are commonly found inside and need less care than regular outside plants. However, in this indoor plant world, there is one plant that sticks out more than the rest – the succulent.
Succulents are pretty great. Succulents are a group of plants that store water in their leaves. The leaves tend to be thick and fleshy. Succulents are also commonly found in hotter climates with the most succulents being found in deserts. So why are they the best? Succulents are one of the easiest plants to grow and take care of. While succulents, like every plant, need sunlight it doesn’t need much. Succulents are capable of living long lives in shadier areas so decorating with them is easy and you don’t have to fear that it will die, unlike many house plants that need constant sunlight. Succulents also don’t need much in the way of water. Some of the most common house plants require water every other day. Meanwhile, due to the succulents holding water in their leaves, they only need to be water once every month or once every two weeks if you want to be on the safe side. Succulents also come in so many different shapes and sizes. There is a succulent in almost every color, though green tends to be the most common. You can get succulents that look like flowers, or if you want to go a bit extra you can get succulents that look like trees, etc.. any look you’re going for you’ll probably find it in succulents so there are so many different types and variations. Succulents are the best due to their long life spans, the little effort you have to put into them, and their plentiful variations.
