Plain red roses are overrated, overused, and just plain over. Don’t get me wrong, roses are adorable with their petals as red as a cherry and their alluring fragrance of femininity and subtle sweetness. However, roses just don’t cut it anymore because there are a variety of flowers that are specific for every girl, guy, or person.
When we give flowers we are trying to show our sincerity of admiration, love, and affection towards that person. If you would like to show your appreciation you should put actual effort into the flowers that you are giving. Roses are too generic, they show love but do they show your deepest admiration?
Instead of the plain roses try to find flowers with their favorite color or maybe flowers that simply remind you of them. The littlest bit of effort can make the biggest change. Show your love with something new!
