This weekend the Tulare Renaissance Fair will be taking place in Plaza Park, Visalia, CA. It will be from April 9th through the 10th. On April 9th they will be holding the fair from 10am to 6pm. On April 10th it will be from 10am to 5pm. The entry fee is 18 dollars for adults, 12 for teens and kids, and ages 5 or under will be free. You can buy the tickets online or at the entrance.
There will be many different vendors with all sorts of goodies. If you’re interested in purchasing jewelry, costumes, knick-knacks, candles, hats, taxidermy tails, and many more they will be provided within the fair. The costumes and hats range for all ages, and all genders.
If you’re more interested in activities there are live show events. There is live jousting that will be playing on both days of the event. There will be 3 different entertainment stages. There is a bird area, where you can see different types of birds. There are belly dancers. You can meet the queen and the royal guards. There will be a battle pageant. The park will also have the playground open for the kids.
There will be a food court. There are many different types of foods being provided but the most popular from past visits were the ginormous turkey leg and the delicious stone-fired pizza.
