Acquiring an education after high school is a vital goal of American students and young scholars. The question that severs the minds of most of the youth is if college is going to provide the materials needed to obtain success in the world of the lawfully employed. College is one of the best ways to both exercise our academic talents and obtain a higher knowledge of our future career field. The idea of college is both trusted and respected by many. Attending college showcases that you have the drive to extend your learning and take your personal intelligence to a whole new level. The only problem with college is that now every college has what students are looking for. College can also be extremely expensive and financially discouraging. The important factor to take into place before choosing a college, trade school, career field, etc. is to know exactly what you want to do. Reasons like these are why high school teachers push students to research career paths so extensively. Finishing college is very important but can not add up to the true measure of success. True success in the work field revolves around the idea of happiness and financial stability. If you can find a job where you’re financially comfortable at the same time as enjoying your job; there’s truly no success that can match up to that. Yes, college is great, but it’s not for everyone. So don’t be down if you didn’t attend college to get where you will be in the future. As long as you’re happy and financially secure, life can be whatever you want it to be and success can catch up with you along the way.
