Netflix Controversy

Netflix is a subscription service where it offers television, movies, and shows of so many different genres. Including anime, romance, documentaries, comedies, action, adventure, etc. However, there has been a problem with the Netflix company not being able to produce as much money as it did before. The reason behind this is caused by Netflix increasing its subscription payments to $10-20 dollars a month. Ranging from the three different plans such as: basic, standard and premium. Netflix has made that only two people can access the same account at once and limited the people to share passwords. Them losing over 50 billion in market value and losing over 200,000 subscribers of their company, while it is trying to compete with the new and improved companies like Disney, HULU, and HBO MAX. Since these new companies have more variety in movies, shows, and genres that are interesting to teenagers and adults. Also having a cheaper price for their subscriptions HULU is $8.60, $9.30 for HBO Max. This shows why the bulging percentage is 35%, which explains why people are unlikely to subscribe recently since there are so many cons to having this type of subscription when there are so many different apps that provide similar content that is much cheaper. So should Netflix lower its prices or keep them the way they are? Or is HULU, HBO Max better?
