Thursday, April 29th Congresswoman Liz Wynn confirmed that there will be a new addition to Visalia that residents are very excited about. Since the Costco located just off of Mooney gets so much traffic, always painfully crowded, it was decided that a new one would be beneficial to the city. In contrast to the southern Visalia store, the new Costco will be located on the Northeast corner of Shirk Rd and Riggin Ave in an area owned by Ritchie-Vidovich Limited Partnership.
Since the store is still in the earliest stages of planning, there aren’t many details available to the public. It will definitely add to northwest Visalia, which is already growing at such a rapid rate, Costco will be the little bow on top of a very new area of town.
