This blueberry muffin is a sweet but tart muffin, with a very delicious cinnamon crumb topping that just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:
Batter:
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup of milk (or as necessary)
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Crumb Topping:
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup butter (cubed)
- 1 1.2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- ½ cup of white sugar
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, grease the pan or fill with cup linings
- Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl whisking them together
- Pour into the bowl the oil, add the milk as much as necessary, and the egg. Then pour into the flour mixture until well incorporated. Fold in blueberries
- For the crumb, stir together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter with a fork.
- Take the batter, add it to the pan, fill to the top, and sprinkle the crumb on top
- Bake in the oven for 20 -25 minutes or until the toothpick is cleaned
