Recently I have fallen in love with the crunch roll at Gozen and I have yet to find anywhere else with something similar. Marvelous is an understatement; I ate two of them by myself and fell asleep with the happiest tummy ever. The Best part of the experience was the taste bud explosion. 

The first one I ate wasn’t as saucy. It was plated beautifully and when I took my first bite I kid you not, my eyes rolled back. The sauce and the crunchy layer it has on the outside being combined with the crab and shrimp meat was mouth-watering. I personally like to dip the roll in the sauce that was ladled on the plate. They mix the flavors together to ensure a flavor blast in every bite. Catastrophic effect on the taste buds if I do say so myself. 

 Due to human Genetics depending on what side of the mouth you eat will determine how the flavors make your taste buds flourish. ( I personally choose the left) 

As far as ingredients go, the crunch roll is milled with creamy avocado, crab meat, shrimp, wrapped up rice to fill your belly; and of course the sweet sauce. I almost forgot to mention the best part, after it gets “breaded” in rice, it’s rolled around in a crunchy outer layer. On the side, you will find a cute display of wasabi. Perfect if you want to mix a little spice into your day. I personally haven’t been exploring sushi land, but Gozens crunch roll is marvelous. I wish you the best of mouth-watering flavors while looking over their menu.
