As of writing this article, it is May 13th, which was an amazing day for music and probably the best day for music this year. Kendrick Lamar released an album after 5 years and it was not that bad, there were some highlights but also some downsides to the album. The Kendrick album title is “Mr. Morale and the big steppers” and it is a reference to some religious thing. The features were one of the flaws of the album, the feature list was boring and some of the tracks on the album were a bit boring to the point where I forgot I was listening to Kendrick. I would personally give Mr. Morale and the big steppers a 7-8/10. It was not that bad and actually a good album after coming back from a 5-year hiatus. Not only did Kendrick Lamar drop his album but undoubtedly one of the best artists of this generation Sematary, dropped a single last night titled “BLEED A RIVER” which is probably the best song I have heard this year, 10/10 song I love Sematary and his music. BLEED A RIVER is such a good and new sound we have not heard from Sem before at all. This song is absolutely amazing and beautiful and a good highlight for music this year. Taylor Swift also dropped a song last night. Taylor Swift is a good artist as well.
